WHEB’s investment process tends to follow a four stage process, which can take anywhere from a few weeks to three months or more.

• Initial Screen – Review of business plan against fund criteria
• First Review – Detailed review of business plan and initial market assessment
• Detailed Review – Due diligence on business model, market, financials, technology and management
• Final due diligence and completion – legal agreements and contract

We will ensure that you are kept informed of your company’s progress through our process at each stage.

If your proposal passes beyond the first review, your company will be assigned a Partner and an Associate or Principal who will work alongside you throughout this process.
